1. EFU Life COVID 19 Tahaffuz is an insurance scheme designed to provide coverage against COVID 19.
2. Coverage is provided in terms for diagnostic tests and hospitalization costs if any along with the benefits of term life insurance associated with COVID 19.
3. Diagnostic test benefit provides reimbursement for actual cost of the test upto a defined limit. Also, hospital cash benefit provides coverage for reimbursement of the hospitalization costs for COVID 19 patients where a fixed daily benefit is provided for the number of days insured was admitted in the hospital and God Forbid in case of death due to disease, a lump sum benefit will be provided to the family.

• Family coverage: Dependents of covered member (spouse and children)

• No restrictions of panel hospitals
• Coverage available for death and hospitalization in Pakistan only
• Waiting period: 14 days
• Free look period: 7 Days
• Coverage options: Individual and Family
• Gap between successive hospitalizations: 30 days
-Exclusions:
• Pre-existing Covid-19 condition prior to purchase of the plan
• Claims outside Pakistan
• Claims arising during waiting period
