Annual Fee (Basic Cards):

Classic: Rs. 3000 (waived on spending of Rs. 7,000 within 2 months of annual card renewal, on customer request).

Annual Fee (Supplementary Cards):

Classic: Rs. 1,400 (waived on spending of Rs. 7,000 within 2 months of annual card renewal, on customer request).

Card Replacement Fee:

Classic: PKR 600.

2.Gold

Annual Fee (Basic Cards):

Gold: Rs. 4,500 (waived on spending of Rs. 10,000 within 2 months of annual card renewal, on customer request).

Annual Fee (Supplementary Cards):

Gold: Rs. 2,250 (waived on spending of Rs. 10,000 within 2 months of annual card renewal, on customer request).

Card Replacement Fee:

Gold: PKR 1,000.

3.Platinum

Annual Fee (Basic Cards):

4.Signature

Annual Fee (Basic Cards):

Signature: PKR 9,500 and reversal on spending of 25,000 within 60 days.

Annual Fee (Supplementary Cards):

Signature: PKR 4,500 and reversal on spending of 25,000 within 60 days.

Card Replacement Fee:

Signature: PKR 3000.

5.Other Charges

ANNUALIZED PERCENTAGE RATE (APR): 45% APR on retail purchases or cash advance.

BTF: Up to 28% APR on balance transfers.

Cash Advance Fee (per transaction): 3% or Rs. 1,500 whichever is higher.

Balance Transfer/ Cash on Call Processing Fee: Rs. 800 per Transfer.

International ATM / POS Transaction: 4.5% of Transaction Amount.

Credit Protector: 0.48% of monthly outstanding balance (optional).

JS Installment Plan Processing Fee: Rs. 600.

JS Installment Plan Cancellation / Pre adjustment Fee: Rs. 850.

For Signature Card

- High Net Worth Individuals

1.Salaried Individuals

    Age Criteria: 

    21 to 65 Years for salaried individuals.

     Supplementary:

     Minimum 18 Years No Maximum Age Limit.

     Monthly Net Income:  

     Minimum: PKR 35,000 (salaried individuals).

     Length Of Employment (Salaried):

     HBC (History Based Customer).

     Permanent: Currently employed for 01 Month.

     Contractual: Currently employed 06 Months.

     NTI (New to Industry Customer).

     Permanent: Currently employed for 03 Months.

     Contractual: Currently employed for 06 Months.

2.Self-employed individuals

     Age Criteria:

     25 to 65 Years for self-employed individuals.

     Supplementary:

     Minimum 18 Years No Maximum Age Limit.

     Monthly Net Income:

     Avg Bal for HBC: PKR 75,000 (self-employed individuals).

     Avg Bal for NTI: PKR 100,000 (self-employed individuals).

     Length Of Employment (Self Employed Businessmen/Professionals/Others):

     Self Employed Businessmen: Total Business tenure of 02 Years.

     Self Employed Professionals: Total Experience/Business Tenure of 01 Year.

     In case of SEP, a copy of professional degree is required.

3.Relationship Based Customers

     Age Criteria:  

     21 to 65 Years for salaried individuals.

     25 to 65 Years for self-employed individuals.

     Supplementary:

     Minimum 18 Years No Maximum Age Limit.

     Monthly Net Income:

     Employee Banking: PKR 30,000.

     Avg Bal for HBC: PKR 75,000 (self-employed individuals).

     Avg Bal for NTI: PKR 100,000 (self-employed individuals).

     Length Of Employment (Employee Banking Segment):

     No minimum employment requirement for Employee Banking segment – should be currently employed and 1 salary credit in JSBL is  mandatory.

     If EB Relationship tenure is less than 3 months of the company, then Salary Slip required.

4. For Signature Card
    Have deposit relationship as a private banking customer

Salaried Individuals

1. CNIC/Nicop/POC/Smart ID.
2. Salary Slip/ Salary Certificate.
3. 6-months Bank Statement.

Self-employed individuals

1. CNIC/Nicop/POC/Smart ID.
2. 6-months Bank Statement.
3. NTN Certificate.

What is the maximum turnaround time of a clean case?

A normal clean application is processed within 10 business days from the login.

How to avoid discrepancies?

1. Fill out the application form properly.
2. Avoid over writing/cutting on application form.
3. Fill the form with ballpoint pen.
4. Ensure the required income documents are provided.
5. Attach copy of CNIC and CNIC is not expired.
6. Addresses and contact details are provided properly.
7. Add nearest landmark of address if available.
8. Consult the RCM in case of any ambiguity.
