Baler Finance

- Farmers under the age of 65 owing more than 10 acres of agricultural farmland.

• 1. Permenant resident of the area.
• 2. Must have clean ECIB.
• 3. Must be residing within 30 KM radius of the financing branch.
• 4. Farmer holding CNIC with maximum age of 65 years on the expiry of lease. 

• 1. Two Passport Sized Photographs.
• 2. Two copies of valid CNIC.
• 3. Agri passbook supported by Fard Jamabandi or Khasra Giridwari.
• 4. Quotation of baler from the authorized dealer.   

- 19 days.

• 1. Select baler  from Authorized dealer.
• 2. Visit nearest JS Bank branch and fill Zarkhez application form.
• 3. Complete document checklist upon approval.
• 4. Start earning with your favorite baler after completion of post sanction details.

- Minimum PKR 1,000/- to maximum PKR 5,500/- (according to loan amount).

Financing: Between 300,000 to 2,000,000.          

Tenor: Between 3 to 5 years  with quaterly installments.  

Markup: 6 Month KIBOR + 6% per annum (Floating Rate).                                                 

Equity: Minimum 20% of the financing amount.                      

Collateral:  Insurance and hypothecation.
