Knowledge portal is an integrative Knowledge Management System, designed to synthesize dispersed knowledge and to interconnect individuals in order to provide a "one-stop knowledge shop" to make product related information readily accessible to the front line staff. Instant printing of forms/collateral or send e-material to customers via email for self-download options will also be enabled soon.
